# MetaMask - $KCS Staking Guide

## **Part 1 – Receive $KCS On Your MetaMask Wallet**

**Step 1:** Install and set up a MetaMask wallet if you haven't yet: [**CLICK HERE**](https://metamask.io/download/)

**Step 2:** Copy your wallet address. You will withdraw your $KCS to this address when you, for example, withdraw from the KuCoin exchange.

## **Part 2 – Stake Your $KCS**

**Step 1:** Navigate to the KCC staking page [**HERE**](https://staking.kcc.io/staking) and click '**Connect Wallet**'.

**Step 2:** Click on '**MetaMask**'.

**Step 3:** Select the account you want to connect and click on '**Next**' in the MetaMask extension prompt.

**Step 4:** Click on '**Connect**'.

**Step 5:** Click '**Delegate**' next to the validator you want to stake with (**For example, Speedy Staking**).

**Step 6:** Fill in the amount of $KCS you want to stake under '**Delegate**' and click on '**Delegate**'.

**IMPORTANT: Don’t stake all of your $KCS, as you will need some $KCS left to unstake your tokens in the future.**

**Step 7:** Click on '**Confirm**' in the MetaMask extension prompt.

**Step 8:** Congratulations! You have successfully staked! Click on '**Check My Delegate**'.

**Step 9:** You will find all information about your stake here. You will see your current staked $KCS and can claim your rewards here.
